First of all Happy 21st Birthday to Neo Wei Long..!!


I'm back for updates on yesterday event, a mini birthday celebration for Wei Long and an advance Christmas gathering..

Venue was at Gordon house, a few of them reached early and prepare the food there.. I then decided to make something and bring it over..

Nothing much just a simple dish, Egg breaded roll..

This are the ingredients hidden inside the Egg Roll.. Chicken Patties, Small tomatoes and green Capsicum..

I dice them all into bits and pieces so that is won't fall out easily from the Egg Roll..

Darling then help me to roll the bread as i stir-fry those ingredients.. (For your info, i didn't use any oil, salt or whatsoever to flavor the dish but just salted margarine)

Wrapped the bread with the fillings den fry it with a layer of egg..

Final products.. *Ta dang*

These are some of the food prepared by them.. Super yummy..!!

After our fulling dinner we proceed to our gifts exchanging..

We then surprise Wei Long with his log/birthday cake..

Slack around at his house all the way till pass midnight.. Initially we wanted to go for a movie but guess everyone was tired out so we parted our way back home..

Alrite gonna get prepared and head out for steamboat session with Darling's family as an advance Christmas celebration.. ^^
