Day 1 of CNY..!!

My father drive over and pick me up at Darling place in the afternoon.. And we headed to our relative house together with my brother, Li Ping and my little sis..

First stop was my grandpa's house then my aunt's house where we had our steamboat lunch there.. Then over to my grandma's house where i get to meet my cousin there..

Around late afternoon my father drove us back to my ah ma house where Darling join us..

We stay for few hours chatting and slacking, we then left around evening..

While waiting for train..

Home sweet home..

Day 2 of CNY..!!

Was out with Darling's family to their relative and cousin house..

As for Day 3 i had already start working therefore nothing much to explain.. Just another working day.. Totally bored..!!

As for today, Darling's relative, friends and lots of guest will be coming over to his house and will be busy later on helping his mom with cooking etc..

Dinner at Asian Kitchen which located at the basement of my building with Darling after work..

We order 2 side dishes and 2 main course.. I had their Lunch Meat Fried Rice where as Darling had Suan La Mian, Duck slice and Xiao Long Bao to go with it.. And a mixed fruit Sago as our dessert..
Was super bloated and tired so we took a cab back after that..

After we reach home not long Darling's parent came back too and they bought a few packets of Sushi, inside 1 packet of Sushi there would be like 10 over Sushi.. And we was told to finish them off.. So imagine when our stomach are so bloated we still gonna force ourself to finish up those sushi.. Yes, we didn't get to enjoy it at all.. But Brenda, Darling and me manage to finish up most of it and left the remaining for his maid..

No more sushi please..^^

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO SERENE..!!


Celebrated her birthday yesterday with the rest of colleague at Asian Kitchen.. Hope you like the surprise and gift.. Enjoy your big day to the fullest..^^

I woke up early yesterday morning because i promise to help up Darling's mom with baking of pineapple tarts..

There we go dealing with the tarts for few hours and finally tasty tarts are done.. When pineapple paste when out Darling's mom let me have the rest of the dough to make cookie.. So i made a few chocolate chips cookie with different shape..

Head out to Bugis Village in the afternoon with Darling, was there to get some new year clothes.. I swear was damn packed there.. We could hardly stop and shop.. As you know they doesn't have much space and the way was narrow too.. So most of the time we were being push by the crowds..

After getting most of our stuffs, we then went back to Parco shopping mall.. I didn't get any clothes from village but end up getting lots of cosmetics stuffs..

By the time both of us were famish, so we settle our dinner at Ma Maison Restaurant..


I just simply love the way the restaurant designed.. It's unique and cosy, comfortable place to dine in..

We order their Smoke Salmon which is totally love.. Love the spices of the sauce that makes the whole dishes taste great.. Darling had Hamburger Stew and i had Chicken with Garlic sauce, Pink Guava for his drinks and i had Orange Juice..

Everything tasted great and the services was good, but one thing that disappoint me is that the portion of food is quite small which can't fully fill my greedy stomach..

We were then given the key and told to bring it over the cashier to settle the funds.. Super creative lor..

After dinner shop around and home sweet home..^^

I wanted to blog so much but i couldn't fork out the time from my busy schedule..

Anyway meet out my mates after work yesterday.. Dinner at Sakae Sushi.. After dinner slack outside UOB plaza having a long to decide where to head to..

And finally..

Chinatown was our next stop.. Went there to buy some chinese new year goodies.. Left the place around 1 plus and cab back..

Won't be heading to any where today..

Darling bought me this OZMO Milk Chocolate Egg With Toy at Shop and Saving the other day while getting some grocery there..

Didn't it reminds you of Kinder Surprise?? The chocolate that have an egg sharp with hidden toys..

Anyway did you guys realise that it couldn't be found any where out there, is because it's banned a few years back and was told to removed from stores shelves.. The reason is because the toy surprise hidden inside can pose choking and aspiration hazards to children..

But i'm not too sure why they still allowed OZMO to be selling out at stores.. Anyway as long as their ingredient are save to consume then i think there shouldn't be any problem..

Anyway meet up with Shu Hua at Bugis after work yesterday.. Had our dinner at Burger King then shop around the malls..

Train back to yishun after that.. Chatted with her at the void derk for 2 hours or more and by then it was already 1am..

Cabbed back to Darling's place where he was waiting for me at the void derk..

Feeling rather tired still..

I shall take a short rest..^^

One word to described my day, BAD..!! Work was being held up therefore i can't leave on time..

I have a super unfair supervisor which i really hate to the core.. I swear she really got to my limit this time..

No matter how much we've done she won't even appreciate it but asking for more.. I'm not going to talk nicely to you if you don't even know how to behave yourself.. You are such a lousy office i ever seen.. Boo you..!!

Was suppose to meet up Darling at AMK cause his father fetching us there but i couldn't make it.. So after finishing my stuff i took a cab down to join them..

Dinner at Sim Ming Drive.. Was there to celebrate Darling's mom birthday.. Had a table full of dishes but no picture was taken..

Back home after that..^^

As mention on yesterday post, was at Eunice Birthday celebration at Pasir Ris chalet in the evening.. Had some of her cook food which prepare by herself..??

She is my primary school bestie, which means we known each other for around 10 years but in between we actually lost contact, is great to have you back in my phone lists.. Hope you enjoy your special day and may your wishes come true..!!

I still wasn't able to rest well yesterday night, tossing and turning on bed for hours again.. Can someone tell me what really happened cause i can't explain why, myself too.. Too STRESS..?? May be..

My mood get easily affected if i didn't get enough rest, which i really hate it..(mood swing)

I will try to rest early tonight.. God please bless that i can really sleep tight tonight..

Woke up around late noon.. Darling's maid wasn't feeling well so can't buy us lunch and Brenda suggested MAC delivery for our breakfast cum lunch..

Town with Darling in the late afternoon.. Accompany him to Far East Plaza for a hair cut.. Then dessert at Sweet SLICE of life which located at the basement of Far East Plaza.. We had MajorCrush (milk slice. crushed oreo. chocolate sauce. rainbow rice)


I find their dessert quite interesting, in the sense that they may look like those normal dessert seeling at the hawker center or food court dessert stall but is not something like ice kachang, ice cream or either yoghurt..

So what exactly are they selling..?? Let me explain then..
Their dessert which is made up of flavoured ice, sliced into many fine layers and stacked into a tall pyramid, complemented with puree and toppings. One thing which make it so special is that the ice will melt away instantly in the mouth because of the slicing ice in the way resulting the great texture..

Their unique creation that is meticulously invented to bring out a different taste and invoke different feelings upon tasting. Each of their product comes complete with a name and story which depicts a SLICE of everyone’s life.


Interesting isn't it.. Their prices are also reasonable and affordable..

I didn't get to rest well on my first 2009 night..

Forced myself to sleep but failed..!! Was tossing and turning on my bed for hours before i could really sleep soundly, and by then is already nearly dawn.. And i've to get out of my bed and prepare for work.. I hate it when i get insufficient rest..

Was lucky enough that i actually got a seat when boarding the train this morning.. (as you know it is always pack in the morning) After a few stops a pregnant lady board the train and was standing in front of me so i gave up my seat to her, as i am seated on the PRIORITY seat.. You know what..?? She didn't even say thanks or at least nod your head or give a simple smile to let me know that you appreciate it.. But not at all..

She just sat down and had her head down to sleep.. I just felt that she should at least appreciate it although it's a PRIORITY seat but survey have tested that 95% of the PRIORITY seat was taken up mostly by youngest and when there are needy people standing in front of their seat all they do was closed their eyes(& see not) or just look down on the floor not knowing anything..

In the very first place when they started this PRIORITY seat thingy which made me felt rather ridiculous.. Are they trying to tell us that we only give up our seats to needy if there is a PRIORITY seat label and we shouldn't, if we are not seated on the label seats.. Totally WRONG idea isn't it..!!

But whatever it is i still hope youngster will give up their seats to some one who really needs it no matter where you are seated..

Side track a bit..

Was suppose to had a plan down to Suntec with Darling after work.. But Mum call me around evening and told me she was sick and wants me to fetch her home as she feeling weak..

So i rush off after work to her work place and we cab home.. Waited for Darling to knock off meet him and bought dinner for mum and sis as well as our self..

Had our dinner at granny house and cab back home..

Feeling rather sleepy shall rest early as i didn't get to rest well last night..
