I still wasn't able to rest well yesterday night, tossing and turning on bed for hours again.. Can someone tell me what really happened cause i can't explain why, myself too.. Too STRESS..?? May be..

My mood get easily affected if i didn't get enough rest, which i really hate it..(mood swing)

I will try to rest early tonight.. God please bless that i can really sleep tight tonight..
